A stompbox based on FV-1 is available here: http://www.tonepad.com/project.asp?id=68 But I wonder about the input sensitivity of this board. Shouldn't there be an input gain stage (with gain > 1, especially if you want to use it with a guitar)? Otherwise, you could get high noise level. Is it right,...

I suggest making Google search on "impulse response measurement software". You will find a lot of responses.

I wouldn't expect much since it uses ATtiny45 (which has nothing to do with DSP). It's rather a toy and not a studio effect.

Kradsith,

Can you post your code? I heard that the Cylon voices were generated with EMS Vocoder and a ring-modulator and I'm curious to hear your results.

Measuring input signal

I need an idea to measure input signal (without an osciloscope  ). It would be great to measure RMS value of the signal and to generate let's say sinus signal on one of the outputs. The signal would be measured with a simple multimeter. Does it make sense? I need to to find out what is the sign...

Detecting input signal tempo

I have a difficult question. Is it possible to detect input signal tempo (let's say a guitar plays quarter notes) and use this tempo as a parameter for an effect (e.g. chorus or delay)? This could be an additional, "virtual" potentiometer to be used with FV-1.

I've got the board from Profusion. Program #1 (#2 seems to be the same).

EEProm contents

Is there an easy way to tell which programs are stored in the EEProm on SPN1001-DEV? One of the programs is a nice, long delay but I'm not sure which source it is.

GA_DEMO programs

I'm confused with the description of the GA_DEMO board (and the photo on your Web site). The list of programs does not seems to match the descriptions on the photo. There is also a program called WAH, which in the designer's notes is mentioned as a test program (not to be used).

I assume that there are 8 internal programs in the Development System. The installation package installs only 6 programs. It seems that at least the SUB_BASS program is missing (which I would like to look at). Is the program available on your Web site - I cannot find it? Which other program is missi...

SPN1001-DEV distributors

This is my first post - I'm not sure where this question should be asked.
I'm trying to contact you regarding development board distributors (possibly) in Europe. I sent several e-mails but there is no answer until now.
Is SPN1001-DEV distributed in Europe?
