Is there any easy way to add a simple highcut "tone" knob at the output of the reverb (wet) instead of having tremolo?

The description says it can be done but I am afraid I cannot find a proper way to do it

Should be no problem, these things are normally in the microamp range. You may want to check if the DAC requires a minimum load some do to operate properly so the input impedance may be too high and you need to add a load resistor. We never measured those specific parameters but the POT inputs are 10M minimum input impedance and the switch inputs are normal digital inputs so they will also be high input impedance. Well the outputs are not so different like for example in the ROM reverb algorithms where you can clearly hear a significant audible difference between left and right outputs.

I don't want to change the overall sound cause i love it so i wasn't thinking of completely separate reverb structures.
