There are many things that can cause you to hear an oscillation, noise on the board, etc. The simple fix is to limit the reverb time as it simply may be too long.

There is no way for the assembler to read or understand any other language. It can only understand FV-1 assembly code.

Unfortunately you cannot, the assemble button will only go to program 0. It is a fixed value in the code so no way to change it.

Nope, you will have to translate it to FV-1 assembly. FV-1 math is all fixed point so it cannot handle float values at all.
