where to connect unused input/output ?

I am using the chip on mono mode and wondering where it would be best to connect the unused I/O pins to minimize noise.
Should that be straight to reference (pin3) or maybe via a resistor or capacitor?
Any thoughts are welcome

Best to drive both inputs with the signal and leave the unused output unconnected to anything.

So should I just jumper both inputs or maybe use separate signal cap to each input ??
