Hi,
this is my first post here, and I have to admit that I am new to DSP programming, though not to low level programming in general.
I am planning to buy the FV1 dev. board to play around.
That said I would like to get an idea of the feasible complexity of algorithms for the FV1:
Is it possible to implement algorithms from (or rather similar to) vintage digital reverbs like Ursa Major Space Station, Lexington or Quantec (FDN?) etc?
I am aware that I'm probably asking to much, but as stated, I'd like to get an idea.

Without knowing the code used in those products it is impossible to say. But you can do crude to nice reverbs, delays (there is a DIY project to emulate vintage delays in the works, they expect to release in the next few months), chorus, flange, etc. To really get an idea see the free code at http://www.spinsemi.com/programs.php
