Is this code is complete? I have not tested yet, I have a problem with board evaluation. Waiting for a new one.
As for the topic, I am looking for how to obtain a sin / sqare or triangle key variable in proportion to the signal from the guitar.
The biggest problem is the harmonic, you should use a good anti-alias filter LP - helps significantly suitable entry level to the most important. Too high causes errors in processing.
Do mate made progress in working on this project?
