I think (!) I've just installed version 1.1.19 of the Spin Assembler, having followed the instructions in the SPINAsm & FV-1 Instruction Set manual, dated 28 August 2006 ("SPN1001-ASM-280806"). The installation was as described in the manual.
When I launch the SpinAsmIDE either from the desktop icon or using Start -> Programs -> SpinAsm IDE I get the following error message:
The procedure entry point CreateActCtxW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
My machine is running Windows 2000 SP4 with .NET 2.0
Yes, this is something we just learned recently. The s/w only works on XP at this time. Appears it is using a function that does not exist in earlier versions of the KERNEL32.dll library.
