Spin Semiconductor

Just a simple (perhaps stupid) question. I'm trying to calculate the coefficents to build some filters, Fs is required in the equation but I don't know the value. I'm using a 32768Hz crystall, that's the frequency sample or just the clock. I've searched trough the knowledge base but didn't found it.

In the FV-1 the crystal is Fs so in this case Fs is 32768Hz.

Thank you, I suspected this but I wasn't sure.
