Read Spin Dev board EEPROM?

I was playing with the Spin dev board and trying different algorithms a few months ago and had to put it away for more urgent matters.
I brought it back out a couple days ago and by happy accident found a really cool program on one of the external EEPROM banks. I don't recall how it got there or where I downloaded it, but I'd like to get it back from the EEPROM, disassemble it and poke around at improving its performance.
Is there any way to read the external EEPROM on the dev board?
BTW - The program i found (somewhere) had this - if anyone knows where I can find it again.:
POT0: Wet / Dry mix
POT1: Pitch shift (negative, all the way down to zero - huge range!)
POT2: Sounds like a state variable filter with medium-high resonance. The POT controlled cutoff.
