Howdy all,
I'm a little confused. (Nothing new). I'm wanting to incorporate a SKRM module into a line level project but I'm getting a little lost. Correct me if I am wrong but the mixer applications on the Spin web site ie: 3k , 16_24, don't have any biasing for the audio whereas the schematics for the SKRM-C8-xxx all have biasing of the audio signal.
Any ideas why this is ?
Which reference should I use ?
The project that I am plan to use the SKRM module in runs with a dual 12v opamp arrangement. From my calculations I'll need rebias the output from the SKRM. Any hints ?
Any leads will be greatly appreciated,
Steve.

It really depends on your target product. The SKRM example schematics assume that the input is a signal that needs a bias to be in range for the FV-1, other schematics may assume no bias is needed. You need to look at your application and the sources to the device and decide how to handle it. Generally I add bias.
