Application Note AN-0001 conflict

I just want to clarify a conflict in the application Note AN-0001 regarding SINx_RATE. On page 4 at the bottom it states that "Kf(decimal) = Kf/512", but then on page 5 paragraph 3 it says "Kf(decimal) = (125/511) to (500/511)..." implying that Kf(decimal) = Kf/511. Page 4's formula (Kf/512) would allow SINx_RATE to achieve a frequency a little higher than what WLDS can achieve. My question is which one is correct? Also is Ka(decimal) = Ka/32768 or = Ka/32767? Thanks.

this was a pot controlled LFO example, how to change LFO rate to desired values by potentiometer

If memory serves it should be /512 but the difference is so small it is insignificant. When you look at what this program is doing we are mapping a range of 15Hz across 375 values (Kf=125 to 500) so an lsb error is not noticeable.
