WLDR rate in decimal?

Hi,
I'm unsure on how to translate the rate value used in WLDR (integer) to a number I can use with WRAX RMP0_RATE (in decimal)
is the range of RMP0_RATE from -0.5 to 1, corresponding to -16384 to 32767 ?
