Post by kevo1tinh » Fri May 27, 2016 3:50 am

I use standard SCHEMATIC from datasheet. Sound is noise and itching. I change R,C at IN, OUT but no result. Using internal and external program. I send mail this sound (support@spinsemi.com). how to solve it.

Support has not received any email with a sound file, it may have been too big, please post it at a site we can access it like dropbox.

Pictures of your PCB and details on how it is connected would help.

Again we did not receive the sound file, please post it at some place like dropbox and send us a link.

Looking at the pictures you do not have a good ground plane, a number of separated ground areas, lots of wires from the board, etc. We recommend at least a 2 layer board with a nice solid ground plane on bottom and all the routing on top, short wires for off board components and clean power supply.

Which program is that? Does it happen with a lower signal level? Does the clip LED come on?
