Wave/Dip Soldering Specs

Hello, I was wondering about mechanically soldering the FV1 chips. Can they be dipped or wave soldered? Are they able to to be re-flowed? Or is hand soldering a requirement to install them? Thanks

Normal SMT soldering methods are all fine. Just follow all the standard practices for SMD devices.

FV1 IC â€˜s are available in 28 SOIC package, so its pitch (The distance between the centers of adjacent pins) is 0.05â€(1.27mm) this can be easily soldered by hand. For reflow soldering you need stencil, solder past, reflow oven etc. I suggest you to do manual soldering as the pitch is sufficient for hand soldering.
